| How Much Does Delivery Cost? |
We have an Australian Post Calculator on our site so it is simple to get an instant quote on any item you wish to purchase. Just remember to add $3.00 handling fee to the end of the total order quote. This handling fee is to cover the cost of the Registered Post. This will automatically be added to the total price of the order at the end of checkout. |

| Stock Availability |
All stock is subject to availability, although all care is taken to ensure we have the stock that we are selling, there may be instances that a stock item is purchased simultaneously and it may be the only piece of stock left. In this instance we will promptly contact you to find out if you have another gift choice or if you prefer to have your money refunded.
Online ordering is available for delivery within Australia only.
Items are usually delivered within 3 to 10 working days; it may take longer for remote areas. |

| Buying for a Gift |
If you are purchasing as a gift to be delivered to someone else, please make sure you have provided your own contact email or phone number correctly. This will allow us to contact you if there is a problem with the delivery or the address details, otherwise it will be necessary to contact the recipient – and possibly ruin the surprise.

| How are Gifts delivered to me? |
We will be using Australia Post and your gifts will be delivered by Registered Post. |

| When will my order be delivered? |
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days following payment. On average, you can expect your order to be delivered in as little as 3-4 business days from the time your order is dispatched. To minimize delays, we advise you to nominate a shipping address that is likely to be occupied during business hours (eg. work address).

| What happens if I'm not home to receive my order? |
Our Products are delivered by Registered Post and we insure for all items up to $100, if you are not home a card will be left informing you that your item is at the post office for collection.

| Do you deliver to PO Boxes? |
In most cases, we can deliver to PO Boxes. If it's impractical to deliver to a PO Box (as is the case with some large items), don't worry - we'll be in touch with you.

| My order has not arrived within the expected timeframe - what happens now? |
Please allow the maximum number of days for delivery, based on the delivery service chosen. After this, if your order hasn't arrived, please use our contact us page.
Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we'll endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure the prompt arrival of your products. |

| Can I pick up my order direct from your warehouse? |
Unfortunately not, due to occupational health and safety reasons we cannot have general public on our premises.

| What happens after I've placed my order? |
Once you've placed your order, you'll normally receive an e-mail confirming your order details. Once we've processed your order and received payment, we send your order to our warehouse for picking, packing and dispatch.
We will e-mail you just after your order has been dispatched. After that, all you have to do is sit back and wait for your goods to arrive.

| Can I order items to be sent to a number of different addresses? |
No, not at this stage however in the case of multiple gift purchases all gifts will be individually wrapped and will be sent to you with blank cards for you to write your personal message.

| What if the goods arrive faulty or damaged? |
If an item is damaged or faulty please notify us within 10 days of receipt by using the contact us page in our website. Our Customer service will issue you with a return authorisation (RA) number and a return address.
