Buying for a Gift If you are purchasing as a gift to be delivered to someone else, please make sure you have provided your own contact email or phone number correctly. This will allow us to contact you if there is a problem with the delivery or the address details, otherwise it will be necessary to contact the recipient – and possibly ruin the surprise.
 
Security and Privacy
Is it safe to shop at No i Deer?
Certainly is and we wouldn't have it any other way! We're fully committed to making sure you have complete confidence in shopping with us. When a customer proceeds to checkout they are moved into a secure server provided by Eway. Credit card details are encrypted as they are sent from your computer. We do not see or store any banking details.
 
Where do my credit card details get stored? Your credit card details are stored on our secure web server. For your security, we only store your credit card number until we've processed the payment for your order.

Normally, as payment processing occurs at the time of checkout, we will only hold your credit card number for a matter of seconds. For this reason, we require your credit card details every time you order from us.
 
How do I redeem my promotional code?

1. Browse www.noideer.com.au and select the products you wish to purchase.
2. Add the selected products to your Shopping Cart.
3. 'Checkout' and fill in all the required information including your promotional Code.
4. Your purchase will now use the promotional details entered.

 
What forms of payment does No i Deer accept? Paypal, Visacard and Mastercard accepted.
 
What happens after I've placed my order? Once you've placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Once we've processed your order and received payment, we send your order to our warehouse for picking, packing and dispatch. We will e-mail you with your order number/invoice after your order has been dispatched.
 
Can I order items to be sent to a number of different addresses? No, not at this stage however in the case of multiple gift purchases all gifts will be individually wrapped and will be sent to you with blank cards for you to write your personal message.
 
How do I cancel or change my order? As long as we haven’t dispatched your order, we should be able to cancel or change your order. All you have to do is use the contact us page and a Customer Service Representative will contact you.
 
Can I shop Duty Free? Absolutely - under the Tourist Refund Scheme you are able to obtain a refund for the GST paid on many goods bought in Australia (within 30 days of your departure), provided the goods have been bought from the same store and total AU $300 or more (GST inclusive).

Is it possible to have gift wrapping (and/or a personal message delivered) with my order?

All gifts are beautifully wrapped with white glossy paper with ribbon : this is automatically part of our service.  If you require the card option just enter your personal message in the section provided during 'checkout'.  In case you're wondering...we don't normally send the invoice with the gift this comes to you via e-mail.

 
What if I'm unsatisfied with my order? Our aim at No i Deer is to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied at all times.

Every computer has different colour settings and therefore small details and colour may vary from those shown.

If you are in anyway dissatisfied with the products you have received, we can organize an exchange or refund so long as the products are returned to us in there original undamaged packaging.

If you have received a damage product or the wrong product we will be happy to refund both the product and freight charge to the credit card provided.

If you have changed your mind and no longer wish to keep your purchase, only the product cost can be refunded to the credit card provided.

If you want to exchange a product for any reason, you must pay for the freight. And we must receive the goods back in the original unopened packaging within 10 working days from the date of receipt.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice when returning goods.
 
What if the goods arrive faulty or damaged? If an item is damaged or faulty please notify us within 10 days of receipt using our contact us page. Customer service will issue you with a return authorisation (RA) number and a return address.

Returns and refund policy Our aim at No i Deer is to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied at all times. If you are in anyway dissatisfied with the products you have received, we can organize an exchange or refund so long as the products are returned to us in there original undamaged packaging.

If you have received a damage product or the wrong product we will be happy to refund both the product and freight charge to the credit card provided. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. No i Deer will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

If you have changed your mind and no longer wish to keep your purchase, only the product cost can be refunded to the credit card provided.

If you want to exchange a product for any reason, you must pay for the freight. And we must receive the goods back in the original unopened packaging within 10 working days from the date of receipt.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.
